# Organize Phone Homescreen With Verbs

When configuring a smartphone homescreen, it is easier to organize apps by folders named with verbs. This helps me navigate to what I want to do faster than using the default categories. The first time I read about this, was on [Life Hacker's website](https://lifehacker.com/organize-your-apps-by-action-instead-of-category-for-a-5882749) back in 2012 and have been working like this ever since.
