# Windows App on macOS

The [Windows App on macOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/windows-app/id1295203466) helps you connect remotely to a Windows 11 desktop on both LAN and Internet connected devices. I particularly use it to run Visual Studio Community edition and also work with Windows only proprietary software.
